Global Operations Planner - Supply Chain

About the role

KLA, which makes inspection tools and metrology systems for the electronics industry, is looking for a highly motivated Global Operations Planner to join its Supply Chain organization. The role monitors and executes parts support for building new tools and acts as the single point of coordination for urgent needs, driving end-to-end execution across planning, logistics and supply teams. It works in a fast-paced, global and cross-functional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Track, monitor and initiate parts movements to support tool build and urgent needs
• Work in a cross-functional, global environment, coordinating with multiple organizations
• Collaborate closely with Planning, MS and Logistics to ensure alignment and rapid execution
• Analyze and publish KPIs and supply chain metrics to management using Excel and BI tools
• Identify trends and gaps in the process and drive continuous improvements for efficiency, responsiveness and cost effectiveness

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management and Engineering
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a global or cross-regional environment; experience in a capital equipment company is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work across disciplines in parallel
• Proven ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Willingness to do intensive, hands-on operational work

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• High proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate with global stakeholders
