Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist

About the role

Lumana is seeking a hands‑on Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist to manage the movement, inventory, and operational readiness of the hardware that powers its global AI video security deployments. Based in Caesarea, Israel, the role blends supply‑chain coordination with technical hardware preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day supply‑chain and logistics activities for Lumana hardware.
• Maintain accurate inventory visibility, tracking hardware availability, movement, and status.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, handling documentation, couriers, express shipments, and freight.
• Manage workflows with Lumana’s U.S. third‑party logistics (3PL) provider and partners such as DHL.
• Prepare and provision hardware, including cores and servers, by performing basic software flashing, configuration, and functional testing.

Required profile

• Comfortable working with computer hardware and learning technical processes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple vendors, countries, and moving pieces.
• Hands‑on mindset with a focus on streamlining complex operational processes.
