About the role
We are seeking an Import, Procurement & Back Office Coordinator to join our supply chain team in Caesarea. The position combines purchasing, import operations and back‑office duties, giving you ownership from purchase order issuance to warehouse receipt.
Key responsibilities
- Issue purchase orders and purchasing forecasts to suppliers.
- Review import documentation, process invoices and open import files.
- Track shipments from order placement through warehouse receipt.
- Obtain and negotiate freight quotations for air and sea shipments.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers and relevant authorities.
- Handle inventory receipts and enter data in the ERP system.
- Enter customer agreements, issue delivery notes and invoices.
- Prepare management reports and support Finance, Commercial and other internal teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in import operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end import and shipping processes.
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- High‑level business English.
- Experience obtaining freight quotations and negotiating rates.
- Experience working with customs brokers and relevant authorities.
- Ability to manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders.
Required skills
- ERP systems (Priority ERP preferred).
