Strategic Planner - Supply Chain

About the role

Arbex, a Kimberly-Clark company behind household names such as Lily, Kleenex, Scott and WypAll, is hiring a Strategic Planner in Gilboa, Israel. The role covers inventory management strategy, capacity planning and supply chain analysis for the Israel team, with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run inventory management strategies and tools to meet agreed business objectives for inventory and service.
• Oversee capacity planning elements of the SBP, prepare mass balance updates and share them with the Israel team.
• Ensure capacity optimization of long-term (2-5 years) plans and work with planners on mid-term (3-18 months) plans to minimize delivered costs and meet customer service needs.
• Give leadership strategic analysis and recommendations on supply chain initiatives across the region.
• Drive collaboration with regional functions such as service, availability, portfolio communication and strategic planning change execution.
• Support safety stock management and the annual year-on-year inventory reduction targets.
• Review, refresh and analyse MPS files each month.
• Lead Product Supply and functional resources toward best-practice, standardized capacity planning processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in operations planning within FMCG.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Management Engineering or a related field.
• Prior supply chain experience, especially forecasting and planning, is essential.
• CI mindset and ability to influence decisions with senior management.
