Product Supply Manager

About the role

Arbex, a Kimberly-Clark company, is looking for a Product Supply Manager in Gilboa to lead a Supply Planning team covering tactical and mill planning portfolios. The manager gives tactical direction to team members and works with other functions to deliver service levels to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of planners covering strategic, tactical and mill planning for in-house produced products across three manufacturing sites, as well as bought-in goods.
• Bring product availability to meet target customer service across the Israel market.
• Develop and run Israel inventory management strategies and tools to meet inventory and service objectives.
• Manage raw and semi-finished material stock at the mills to match target levels and ensure operational continuity.
• Support promotional activities across the region in line with commercial plans.
• Support the statistically managed inventory process and activities needed for annual inventory optimisation.
• Drive best practice and standardised S&OP business planning processes across Product Supply and functional areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (BA, BSc or equivalent).
• Previous leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, particularly in planning, is essential.
• Ability to operate under pressure in a fast-changing environment and to influence decisions with senior management.

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including influencing other teams and communicating upwards to senior management.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and take initiative to solve problems.
