Inventory & Logistics Analyst

About the role

West Pharmaceutical Services is hiring an Inventory & Logistics Analyst for an onsite position in Shlomi, Israel, working five days a week. The role covers inventory analysis, stock accuracy and cycle count support, participation in global inventory forums, and support of logistics operations across the supply chain. No relocation or sponsorship is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, track and manage all inventory transactions in SAP daily, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support and coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly cycles across all warehouse locations, including subcontractors.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and work with Finance to resolve variances.
• Present key insights, risks and action plans at monthly global inventory forums.
• Follow up on MRB and QA-related inventory issues and ensure proper disposition.
• Analyze slow-moving, excess and obsolete stock and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory master data in SAP and track inventory KPIs such as accuracy, aging, write-offs and count performance.
• Coordinate with transportation, warehousing and procurement teams and prepare inventory reports and dashboards for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements and internal controls.

Required profile

• BA in Logistics / Industrial Engineering or practical engineering with 1-3 years of relevant experience; relevant work history may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Experience in logistics and inventory.
• Medium physical demand; driver's license required; able to work assigned shifts with overtime and travel to subcontractor warehouses in the northern district and occasionally to the Raanana site.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP) experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency in office systems.
• System-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure.
