Strategic HR Business Partner

About the role

Olympus is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees across its Israel site. You will drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement and talent development while ensuring compliance with Israeli labor law.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people initiatives with company goals, supporting performance, career development and employee engagement.
• Provide employee‑relations guidance, manage disciplinary actions, performance‑improvement plans, grievances and terminations, and maintain compliant HR policies.
• Lead talent‑management programs including succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning and internal mobility.
• Own full‑cycle recruitment for the Israel site, collaborating with hiring managers and the regional Talent Acquisition team.
• Support compensation reviews, incentive plans, benefits administration and payroll data accuracy.
• Deliver a positive onboarding experience and coordinate employee lifecycle events such as transfers and off‑boarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; professional HR certification is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist, with hands‑on exposure to multiple HR disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of Israeli labor law and proven ability to advise leaders in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, with strong consulting and stakeholder‑management abilities.
