Software Team Manager – Ethernet SDK

About the role

NVIDIA is seeking a Software Team Manager to lead the development of its Ethernet SDK within the Switch SDK Group. The role combines technical leadership with hands‑on engineering to deliver high‑performance, reliable networking solutions for next‑generation GPU‑driven platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a dynamic team of engineers, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
• Develop and implement NVIDIA's Ethernet SDK with a focus on high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional design and architecture teams to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing engineering teams of four or more members.
• Proven leadership skills and a record of managing complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of Ethernet communication, network protocols, and real‑time software.
• Experience with C/C++ programming and Linux internals.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving abilities with a collaborative approach.
