Software Development Manager – C#/.NET

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of 6–8 developers and QA engineers. This highly technical leadership position combines people management with hands‑on involvement in architecture, coding, and complex problem‑solving for mission‑critical operational systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional software development team.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery, from technical execution and quality assurance to production support.
• Design and develop solutions using C#/.NET and modern web technologies.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture decisions, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate closely with Product, System Engineering, QA, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Drive modernization and continuous improvement of development processes.
• Promote AI‑assisted development practices across coding, testing, documentation, and code reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Software Development Manager, Team Leader, or Technical Lead.
• Strong hands‑on background in C# and .NET development.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and software architecture capabilities.
• Experience delivering complex, mission‑critical software projects.
• High ownership, strong problem‑solving skills, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
