Social User Acquisition Manager

About the role

Join Connecteam’s fast‑growing marketing team and lead paid social acquisition on Meta and LinkedIn. You will shape creative strategies, optimise campaigns and directly impact the company’s hyper‑scale growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise large‑scale paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn.
• Partner with creative teams to develop ad assets, messaging and landing pages.
• Collaborate with design, product, analytics, sales and leadership to align campaigns with company goals.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Build structured testing frameworks (A/B tests for creatives, copy, bidding strategies, funnels) and act on insights.
• Continuously optimise towards KPIs such as CAC, ROAS and LTV.
• Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Identify and launch initiatives on emerging social platforms.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing large‑scale paid social campaigns on Meta.
• Strong creative mindset with ability to brief, evaluate and iterate on ad assets.
• Solid track record in performance marketing and user acquisition (B2B SaaS experience a plus).
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
