Brand and Customer Manager – HPV

About the role

The HPV Brand & Consumer Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategies that raise HPV disease awareness, strengthen prevention relevance, and increase vaccination uptake across key audiences in Israel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated strategic and tactical plans for the HPV franchise, using market, customer and competitive insights to drive growth.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Access, Medical, Regulatory, Policy, Digital, Sales and other functions to ensure aligned planning and flawless execution.
• Build and maintain partnerships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, Sick Funds, the Ministry of Health and patient organisations to advance HPV prevention.
• Translate scientific evidence and consumer insights into patient‑centric marketing initiatives that drive awareness and behavioural change.
• Monitor market performance, campaign effectiveness and emerging trends to inform data‑driven decisions.
• Own financial forecasting, budget management and performance tracking to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of product management experience in the pharmaceutical, vaccine or public‑health sector.
• Strong scientific and business acumen with the ability to turn complex data into clear marketing narratives.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
• High emotional intelligence, adaptability and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
