Senior Web Developer (AI‑Augmented)

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack engineer who blends strong web development expertise with an AI‑native approach. The role is fully remote, based in Israel, and focuses on building scalable applications using modern cloud and AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications across frontend and backend.
• Lead architecture discussions and drive key technical decisions.
• Build modern frontend experiences with React and TanStack (React Query, TanStack Router).
• Develop modular, testable backend services using NestJS.
• Implement server‑side rendering, static generation, and API routes with Next.js.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines on AWS (Lambda, S3, CloudFront, ECS/Fargate).
• Design and ship AI‑powered features, including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, tool/function calling, and agentic workflows.
• Leverage AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and automation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Daily use of AI coding tools with solid judgment on when to rely on or override AI output.
• Hands‑on experience building production features with LLMs (prompt engineering, RAG, evaluations, agentic systems).
• Strong collaboration skills with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
