System Administrator – IT Infrastructure & Support

About the role

A technology company in Ramat Gan is looking for an experienced System Administrator to join its IT team. This hands‑on role is responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting users, managing systems and networks, and ensuring a secure and stable working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Managing Windows and macOS environments
• Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
• User accounts, permissions and access management
• Network infrastructure – switches, routers and firewalls
• System monitoring, maintenance, updates and patching
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
• End‑user technical support
• Supporting cloud technologies and IT security

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a System or IT Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Solid understanding of networking, firewalls and IT infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• B.Sc. or B.A. in IT, Computer Science or a related field (advantage)
