Senior User Acquisition Manager

Play Perfect is a fast‑growing mobile gaming company seeking a dynamic Senior User Acquisition Manager to elevate its acquisition strategies. You will work in a creative, collaborative environment, shaping the future of mobile gaming while driving growth and player engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise user acquisition campaigns across DSPs, SDK networks, affiliates and incentivised networks.
• Partner with the creative team to design, test and refine high‑performing ad creatives and marketing assets.
• Perform in‑depth data analysis on campaign performance, player behaviour and funnel metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and execute structured A/B tests to discover new channels, partners and approaches.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity daily to stay ahead of market shifts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with acquisition partners and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product, business intelligence and creative teams to ensure alignment of growth strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of performance marketing or user acquisition experience, preferably in mobile gaming.
• Proven track record of running and optimising campaigns with measurable ROAS and user growth.
• Analytical mindset with strong data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Growth‑oriented attitude, comfortable taking calculated risks and learning from experiments.
