Senior Strategy & Economic Policy Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a senior professional to join a leading public‑sector organization and help shape national telecommunications policy. The role blends strategy, economics, regulation and public policy, offering the chance to influence spectrum allocation and pricing decisions across Israel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop economic and strategic analyses that support high‑impact policy decisions.
• Examine spectrum allocation models and pricing approaches in Israel and benchmark against international markets.
• Conduct regulatory benchmarking, comparative market research and financial analysis of telecom operators.
• Prepare position papers, presentations and decision‑support materials for senior stakeholders.
• Lead complex, cross‑organizational projects from analysis through implementation.
• Collaborate with senior professionals and multiple stakeholders while working independently.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant experience (7+ years with a Master’s degree).
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Master’s degree preferred).
• Background in strategy consulting, economic consulting, regulatory advisory, government or policy‑oriented environments.
• Strong analytical and financial capabilities with experience handling complex datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
