Senior SEO Manager

About the role

AutoDS is looking for a Senior SEO Manager to lead its organic growth across traditional search, geographic search (GEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO). Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will own the end‑to‑end strategy, work hands‑on with audits and technical fixes, and manage a small SEO team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated SEO, GEO and AEO strategy aligned with business goals.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimisation, internal linking and topical authority planning.
• Maintain technical health of the site, including Core Web Vitals, crawl budget, rendering and schema implementation.
• Design information architecture and structured‑data markup to make content citation‑ready for LLMs and AI answer engines.
• Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure strategy implementation.
• Coach and manage one SEO Specialist, providing direction and performance feedback.
• Report on organic traffic, rankings, AI citation share, assisted conversions and overall impact.

Required profile

• 6+ years of proven SEO and organic growth experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of people‑management experience with at least one direct report.
• Demonstrated success driving both traditional search rankings and AI‑driven citation visibility.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
