Customer Enablement Manager

About the role

Buildots is looking for a Customer Enablement Manager to design and scale internal enablement programs that help post‑sales teams deliver world‑class customer experiences. This internal‑facing position focuses on onboarding, continuous training, and the creation of learning content that empowers Customer Success Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage onboarding programs to help new hires ramp up quickly and confidently.
• Support ongoing training initiatives for existing CSMs, including skills development and product/process updates.
• Create and maintain enablement content such as guides, playbooks, training kits, demo flows, technical guides, and certifications.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with CS, Product Marketing, and RevOps to improve processes.
• Track enablement impact using key performance metrics and continuously improve programs.
• Partner with Product and Technical Product teams to facilitate smooth rollout of new features and ensure CS adoption.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in Customer Success Enablement or Instructional Design at a global tech company.
• Experience working closely with GTM teams (Customer Success / Sales).
• Proven ability to design and build structured, effective learning paths and training modules end‑to‑end.
• Experience managing enablement platforms such as LMS, CMS, or knowledge bases.
• Strong ownership mindset with a track record of independently managing cross‑functional projects.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
• Creative, data‑driven thinker who can connect learning solutions to real business needs.
• High attention to detail, strong independence, and ability to manage priorities.
