Senior Product Designer

About the role

Appcharge is building the infrastructure that lets modern app businesses take back control of monetization at scale. As a Senior Product Designer you will own the end‑to‑end experience of B2B dashboards and merchant‑facing tools, turning complex self‑serve workflows into intuitive interfaces for publishers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UX research, map user journeys and translate findings into flows, wireframes and high‑fidelity designs.
• Define navigation, interaction patterns and mental models for data‑heavy, multi‑step workflows.
• Partner with engineering and product to scope, prioritize and ship design solutions.
• Apply AI tools throughout the design process to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping and production.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product design experience, especially on dashboards, admin panels or other B2B/SaaS products.
• Proven ability to simplify complex, systems‑heavy products such as payments or e‑commerce platforms.
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting design rationale to cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered design tools.
• Solid working knowledge of design systems and their extension.
• Basic front‑end knowledge (HTML/CSS) to collaborate closely with engineering.

What we offer

• A senior design role with real ownership over B2B products used worldwide.
• A seat at the table for both hands‑on craft and shaping the design process across the team.
• A fast‑moving, AI‑forward design culture that invests in modern tooling.
