Founding Marketing Designer

About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Designer with strong brand instincts, a creative mindset, and hands‑on AI building skills to shape how Jurni shows up in the world. You’ll turn complex ideas into compelling visuals, build a distinctive brand, and bring concepts to life across our website, campaigns, content, and customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and evolve Jurni’s brand, developing a consistent visual language across every touchpoint.
• Own marketing design from concept to launch, creating assets for campaigns, social media, emails, presentations, events, partnerships, and product launches.
• Design and build digital experiences, including landing pages, website sections, and interactive concepts using AI tools and modern design workflows.
• Translate complex product and technology ideas into clear visual stories.
• Develop fresh creative concepts that help Jurni stand out in the B2B SaaS space.
• Create video and motion content, handling storyboarding, editing, animation, and AI‑generated video.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑time, in‑house design experience at B2B SaaS companies, focused on marketing and brand design.
• Proven brand‑building track record with a portfolio showing brand evolution across channels.
• Hands‑on AI building skills, with examples of AI‑generated design work.
• Strong creative point of view and excellent design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, hierarchy, visual storytelling).
• End‑to‑end ownership: ability to turn briefs into polished deliverables while managing multiple projects.
