Marketing Designer

About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Designer to help bring this new brand to life across everything. This is not a “sit and execute tickets” role; you’ll design how Mine appears—from website and product pages to campaigns, launches, social, and more.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the new brand end‑to‑end.
• Design website components such as product pages, landing pages, and campaign pages.
• Create high‑impact marketing and sales assets, including decks, one‑pagers, guides, and sales materials.
• Design campaign creative for social media, paid ads, and email.
• Own and evolve the visual language, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
• Partner closely with product marketing to translate messaging into compelling visual storytelling.
• Support internal initiatives such as HR, employer branding, swag, and more.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Marketing Designer.
• At least 3 years of in‑house experience at a B2B company.
• Highly proficient in Figma.
• Webflow experience (advantage).
• Illustration skills (advantage).
• Motion‑graphics skills (advantage).
• Strong visual design eye for detail and composition.
• Fast, hands‑on, comfortable in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
• Curious, proactive, and excited to take ownership.
• Team player who enjoys close collaboration with marketing, product, and leadership.
