Senior PR&D Program Manager

About the role

AppsFlyer is seeking a senior program manager to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives that shape the future of its SaaS products. You will drive large‑scale execution, scale collaboration across R&D, Product, and GTM, and mentor leaders in best‑in‑class program management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement PR&D strategy, methodologies, metrics and KPIs for the unit.
• Lead hands‑on, multi‑disciplinary engineering projects and facilitate quarterly planning and QPR processes.
• Identify and drive adoption of AI/automation solutions for program‑management workflows such as planning, reporting, and risk tracking.

Required profile

• 5+ years of program management experience in an engineering/product environment for SaaS products.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage ambiguity, and coach teams across a large organization (~500 R&D and Product staff).
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end product cycles from design through post‑release sustainment.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Agile and program‑management methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA and the Atlassian stack.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot for planning and documentation.
• Basic understanding of data pipelines and infrastructure to spot automation opportunities.
