Senior IT Infrastructure Operations

About the role

AppsFlyer is building an AI‑native IT department where autonomous agents handle routine tasks and engineers focus on platform design and automation. As a Senior IT Infrastructure Operations engineer you will own identity, SaaS, cloud, and endpoint foundations, delivering production‑grade automation and internal products.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Okta identity platform, including SSO, workflows, SCIM, API gateway, and the full lifecycle of user and service identities.
• Administer and harden core SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365, and AI platforms (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).
• Design, build, and operate the IT Infra Platform on GCP using Cloud Run, VPC Service Controls, Cloud Armor, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and secret management.
• Create and maintain automation across Make.com, Okta Workflows, and custom code, ensuring monitoring, alerting, and runbooks are in place.
• Develop AI agents that execute infra tasks with clear action boundaries and escalation conditions.
• Support endpoint management (Kandji, Intune, Airlock) and global network infrastructure (Meraki, FortiGate, Palo Alto Prisma) while partnering with security for policy‑as‑code governance.

Required profile

• 5+ years hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure, SysAdmin/InfraDevOps or platform engineering in a high‑growth SaaS environment.
• Strong background in identity management (Okta or equivalent) and enterprise SaaS administration.
• Proven cloud engineering skills on GCP (or AWS/Azure) with IaC, CI/CD, and secrets management.
• Security‑mindset with experience in zero‑trust, least‑privilege, and audit‑ready architectures.
