Experienced Backend Developer for Cloud Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced backend developer to join Mobileye’s Cloud team within the Development Infrastructure department. You will help design, build and operate large‑scale cloud systems that process hundreds of petabytes of sensor data each month.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain Mobileye’s core cloud services, including backend Python packages and batch‑processing frameworks.
• Build hyper‑scale pipelines that spin up hundreds of thousands of parallel CPU jobs on AWS and Google Cloud.
• Ingest, store and manage massive data streams from cameras and sensors (100 PB+).
• Collaborate with Algorithms, Software and Validation teams to deliver high‑quality products.
• Work closely with AWS experts and use services such as S3, EC2, Spot, EBS, ECS, Batch, DynamoDB, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation/Terraform.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of professional Python development, including advanced packages.
• Hands‑on experience with backend technologies (databases, Elastic Search, Redis).
• Proven ability to build and operate high‑throughput batch pipelines on AWS (Batch, ECS/EKS, Serverless).
• Strong Linux/OS fundamentals and performance troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in system‑level scripting and infrastructure automation.
