Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

AppsFlyer is seeking a senior FP&A Analyst to partner with budget owners, turn data into actionable insights, and support strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain budgets, rolling forecasts, and track actual versus budget performance.
• Own end‑to‑end financial planning for assigned OPEX departments, including headcount and operating expenses.
• Act as a business partner and advisor to senior leadership, providing insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Design, automate, and optimize flexible FP&A processes and systems to meet a fast‑growing business environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, budgeting, or a similar finance business‑partnering role.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work with senior management.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ownership of projects from start to finish.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools integrated into FP&A workflows.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Knowledge of financial planning platforms, preferably Pigment.
