Senior Financial Controller

About the role

Fast Corporation is seeking a hands‑on Senior Financial Controller with solid experience in the IT/high‑tech sector to lead the financial and accounting operations of its Israeli entity and supervise key processes across its international locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting, VAT, payroll, payments, expenses and income for the Israeli entity.
• Perform bank, balance‑sheet and account reconciliations and oversee month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Prepare and review P&L statements and financial reports, ensuring compliance with Israeli accounting and tax regulations.
• Supervise local accountants in Serbia and Ukraine and coordinate international accounting processes.
• Handle global payment processing, cross‑border transfers, and multi‑currency transactions across accounts in Israel, the US, Cyprus and other jurisdictions.
• Monitor cash flow, balances and intercompany transactions, and ensure data accuracy across all entities.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, tax advisors and other financial partners.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on accounting experience in Israel, preferably in an IT/high‑tech company.
• Proven ability to oversee accounting teams or external accountants in multiple countries.
• In‑depth knowledge of Israeli VAT, payroll, payments and month‑/year‑end closing.
• Experience managing international bank accounts, cross‑border payments and multi‑currency transactions.
• Fluent Hebrew and good English communication skills.
• Israeli CPA qualification or Big 4 background is a strong advantage.
