About the role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join Oak’s R&D team in Tel Aviv. You will help build the AI‑native Identity Operating System by designing, implementing and maintaining the core infrastructure that powers our platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end infrastructure projects from discovery through production deployment.
- Define and enforce architectural standards for CI/CD pipelines, networking, and container orchestration.
- Own the automation of platform foundations, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to translate requirements into robust, production‑grade solutions.
Required profile
- 6+ years of hands‑on DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience.
- Proven ability to solve complex system‑scale challenges in fast‑moving environments.
- Low‑ego, high‑impact mindset with a focus on delivery and team success.
Required skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration and infrastructure as code.
- Solid understanding of networking, databases, and cloud environments.
