Senior Product Manager

About the role

You'll own a product area for our B2B2C vision insurance product, setting strategy and leading the work that brings it to life. This senior, hands‑on role combines vision‑setting with day‑to‑day execution.

Key responsibilities

• Set and run a data‑backed product strategy in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Identify new ways to create real value for users.
• Define product requirements and lead end‑to‑end delivery with designers and developers.
• Conduct user research and turn insights into simple, clear experiences.
• Detect and resolve issues in live products quickly.
• Lead collaborations with external partners and third‑party tools.
• Travel abroad several times a year (1–2 weeks) to work closely with teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years managing consumer‑facing (B2C or B2B2C) products with measurable business results; e‑commerce experience a plus.
• Experience building for the US market and understanding American user expectations.
• Comfortable working in short, iterative agile cycles.
• Proven ability to align cross‑functional teams without direct reports.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew; Russian a plus.
• Self‑starter who balances creative and analytical thinking and lets data guide decisions.
