Senior Business Development Manager – AI & Interconnect Solutions

About the role

Foxconn Interconnect Technology (FIT) is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic sales and partnership initiatives for AI‑focused data centre solutions and next‑generation interconnect technologies. The role combines high‑level strategic planning with hands‑on execution across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement new go‑to‑market strategies, account‑based marketing and hybrid sales approaches.
• Build and maintain a robust Tier‑1 OEM sales pipeline aligned with FIT objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in system architecture, product development, engineering and AI data‑centre projects.
• Negotiate complex contracts with hyperscale cloud service providers and drive ecosystem partnerships for optical and semiconductor solutions.
• Provide bi‑weekly updates on pipeline, forecasts and performance to senior leadership.

Required profile

• BS/MS in Business Development, Engineering, Operations, Finance or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in business development, sales and management consulting, preferably in electronics or interconnect markets.
• Proven track record of leading high‑impact change‑management and corporate re‑engineering projects.
• Executive‑level experience working in the US and Asian markets.
• Fluent English communication skills.
