About the role

Deel is looking for an Account Executive focused on expansion within the SMB segment in Israel. You will join a fast‑growing SaaS company that provides an all‑in‑one payroll and HR platform for global teams, helping businesses scale across borders.

Key responsibilities

Manage a designated list of prospective or existing accounts and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Identify and develop opportunities for new business and account expansion.
Lead the full sales process, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
Present tailored solutions and effectively communicate Deel’s value proposition.
Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline through outbound outreach and inbound lead management.

Required profile

Proven ability to drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
Strong understanding of client needs and experience presenting customized solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet revenue targets.
