Senior Accounting Specialist

About the role

The company is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead and oversee its accounting, financial, tax, and administrative functions, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing accurate financial reporting to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, including performance analysis.
• Analyze and review balance sheet and P&L statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable, invoice posting, approval workflows and supplier payments.
• Perform general accounting tasks such as bank reconciliations, payroll, provisions and fixed‑asset accounting.
• Monitor cash flow, treasury operations and credit control, reporting on receivables and customer risk.
• Prepare and submit VAT, withholding tax returns and annual corporate income tax filings.
• Lead the external audit process and act as the main contact for auditors.
• Maintain relationships with subsidiaries, banks, auditors, advisors and external authorities.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and financial planning activities.
• Produce management reports and analyses for the CEO and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance leadership role.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
