SAP Team Lead – Lead Implementers & System Upgrades

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Team Lead to join our technology unit. This combined leadership and hands‑on position will manage a team of SAP implementers and drive end‑to‑end core system upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of SAP implementers throughout full‑lifecycle upgrade projects.
• Design, configure, and execute SAP Customizing (SPRO) activities across selected modules.
• Facilitate cross‑functional discussions with business stakeholders and act as the technical authority.
• Ensure project delivery on time, within scope and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in SAP architecture.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience as an SAP Implementer with a track record of progressing into a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ERP architecture and configuration.
• Strong expertise in at least one core module (MM, SRM, HR) – other modules (FI/CO, PM) are also considered.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and manage full‑cycle upgrades.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with business and technical audiences.
