Sales Manager – Power Tools (Israel Market)

About the role

Dong Cheng, a global leader in power‑tools manufacturing, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive its distribution network in Israel. You will work closely with dealers and distributors to expand market reach and ensure optimal product presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain distribution channels, assisting dealers in expanding their reach across regions.
• Implement company and EIBC construction goals, promote policies, and support dealers in store set‑up and product display.
• Visit EIBC stores, monitor status, gather business information, and ensure proper shelf presentation.
• Collect and analyse market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Report industry trends, government policies, and local market developments to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the power‑tools industry.
• Proven track record of building and managing importer/distributor networks.
• Strong knowledge of the Israeli market with existing industry relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
