Sales Manager, MICE & Leisure (Israeli Market)

About the role

The Sales Manager, MICE & Leisure will be based in Tel Aviv and will drive hotel, F&B and entertainment revenue by managing MICE and leisure sales opportunities across the Israeli market. The role involves frequent travel to Cyprus and close collaboration with internal marketing and PR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the MICE & Leisure sales segment, working with agencies, tour operators, travel agents, wedding planners, airlines, tourism organisations and DMCs in Israel.
• Maintain and grow key accounts, maximise revenue, achieve personal targets and increase market share.
• Prospect new accounts and sales channels, develop joint‑marketing activities and partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with local travel partners, government and tourism bodies.
• Conduct site inspections, training seminars, workshops and webinars.
• Negotiate wholesale contracts, apply SMART contracting and ensure timely contracting.
• Represent the resort at local and international trade shows, conferences and exhibitions.
• Coordinate sales strategies with internal marketing & PR, cross‑sell resort products and create packages.
• Document actions in the CRM, produce regular sales reports and operate within the allocated budget.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of relevant experience in hospitality and travel within Israel.
• Proven record of delivering sales results in hotels or resorts.
• Strong knowledge of the Israeli MICE and leisure travel industry and competitor landscape.
• Degree in hospitality, gaming, sales & marketing or business administration.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew with a mature presentation style.
• Extensive knowledge of resort products and services.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
