Sales Manager – Incoming Tourism

About the role

The David Citadel Hotel is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its Incoming Tourism segment. You will be responsible for driving international group business, cultivating relationships with local Destination Management Companies and tour operators, and overseeing the full commercial cycle from inquiry to contract.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business growth by targeting international leisure, pilgrimages, Jewish organisations and family celebrations.
• Manage commercial partnerships, retaining existing accounts and identifying new opportunities with local DMCs and global travel agencies.
• Lead the sales pipeline, handling quotations, rate negotiations and final confirmations in close collaboration with Groups and Finance teams.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Revenue Management, Events and Front Office to ensure high commercial standards and VIP requirements are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably within Jerusalem’s luxury or upscale market.
• Established, active relationships with local incoming tourism partners and DMCs.
• Strong commercial mindset, sharp negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English; additional languages are a plus.
