Sales Manager – Groups, Meetings & Events

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Groups, Meetings & Events portfolio at InterContinental David Tel Aviv. The role focuses on building relationships, generating new business, and delivering memorable guest experiences within a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the Groups, Meetings & Events business line.
• Identify new opportunities and manage existing client accounts.
• Lead the sales cycle from initial inquiry through contract signing and event execution.
• Negotiate commercial terms and prepare customized proposals.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Monitor sales performance and uncover additional growth avenues.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales, business travel, or events.
• Strong understanding of the hotel groups and meetings market (advantage).
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both spoken and written.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, capable of working independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Opera (hotel property management system) is a plus.
