About the role
Talking is a fast‑growing online English school that connects learners with professional teachers worldwide through personalized 1‑on‑1 lessons. We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Tel Aviv team and help prospective students select the English program that best fits their goals.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone or chat.
- Understand each learner’s needs, goals, and language level.
- Recommend the most suitable program and clearly explain pricing.
- Handle objections, close enrollments, and record outcomes in the CRM.
- Follow up with leads and maintain an organized pipeline.
Required profile
- Strong sales and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to build trust and conduct consultative conversations.
- Results‑driven, proactive, and well‑organized.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or consulting.
- Fluent Hebrew.
- Full‑time, on‑site availability in Tel Aviv.
- Experience in education or online learning is a plus.
