Junior Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Manager to join our Tel Aviv office. In this entry‑level position you will support the growth of our supply‑side partnerships and help expand our publisher network worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source, prospect, and map potential supply partners and publishers on a global scale.
• Drive supply‑side business development projects by identifying new traffic channels and strategic publisher segments.
• Understand publisher capabilities and design tailored collaboration models for campaigns.
• Lead publisher onboarding, maintain long‑term relationships, and ensure smooth integration into our inventory.
• Collaborate closely with Media and Sales teams to align traffic delivery with campaign performance.

Required profile

• Prior project or hands‑on experience in sales or business development (advantageous).
• Ability to quickly master new domains and acquire industry knowledge independently.
• Strong sales capabilities with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Critical thinker, collaborative team player, and goal‑oriented.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed individual sales and profit targets.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew; additional languages are a plus.
