Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

UCT is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its Israel team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a consultant to business units, managing the full recruitment life‑cycle from sourcing to placement while building strong relationships with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted TA advisor, influencing hiring decisions and staffing strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: research, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Develop diverse sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Job Street, referrals and direct outreach.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Stay informed on local talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects within Talent Acquisition.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
• Strong drive for results, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with hiring managers and stakeholders.
