Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

UCT is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Israel. The role will act as a consultant to business units, managing the full recruitment life‑cycle and building strong partnerships with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted talent‑acquisition advisor to business stakeholders.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer and acceptance.
• Develop diverse sourcing strategies and build pipelines using LinkedIn, Job Street, referrals and other tools.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide regular recruitment updates to hiring managers and leadership.
• Stay informed on local talent market trends, compensation, and competitor activity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of talent‑acquisition processes and participate in related projects.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of full‑cycle sourcing and recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for semiconductor or manufacturing roles is a plus.
• Strong drive for results and proactive attitude.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and understand business needs.
