Full‑Cycle Recruiter for AI Startup

About the role

This full‑cycle recruiting position is responsible for hiring across Product, R&D and GTM functions at an AI‑first startup. You will own the process from defining role requirements with hiring managers through sourcing, interviewing and extending offers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies and interview processes.
• Proactively source candidates via direct outreach, referrals and professional networks.
• Manage the candidate experience from the first conversation through offer negotiation.
• Track recruiting pipelines and hiring metrics to continuously improve the process.
• Help implement and maintain recruiting tools and workflows as the organization scales.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in high‑growth tech startups.
• International recruiting experience across Product, Technical and GTM roles.
• Strong English communication skills and fluency in Hebrew.
• Hands‑on sourcing ability and capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and AI sourcing tools such as Greenhouse, Metaview and LinkedIn Recruiter.
