About the role
Join Johnson & Johnson's R&D Software/Systems Engineering team in Yokneam, contributing to the development, testing, and deployment of innovative healthcare software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy software while documenting encountered issues.
- Identify product design features to enhance scalability, usability, and performance.
- Participate in design and code reviews for new enhancements and maintenance work.
- Examine technical reports and memoranda to find improvement opportunities.
- Coach junior colleagues on techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Required profile
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions.
- Ability to work on day‑to‑day objectives with moderate impact within the R&D team.
