About the role
Join Johnson & Johnson's R&D team in Yokneam to work on electrical and mechatronic engineering projects that support innovative medical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve day‑to‑day Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering objectives as directed by leadership.
- Update process documents defining user, functional, and technical specifications for new products.
- Test and debug prototypes, verifying that specifications are met.
- Write assembly procedures and quality‑control test procedures for new designs.
- Review technical reports and memoranda to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coach junior colleagues on techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Required profile
- Understanding and application of Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary R&D environment.
