Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cross‑Functional Project Manager to lead organization‑wide initiatives that connect IT, data, finance, vendors and business units. The role will own projects from initial scoping through planning, execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of complex, cross‑functional projects in IT, data and innovation.
• Coordinate stakeholders across technology teams, business units and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain project work plans, define milestones, manage budgets and monitor risks and dependencies.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Report progress and outcomes to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex, multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Strong technological background in IT, data integration and systems, combined with a finance background (mandatory).
• Excellent interpersonal communication, assertiveness and the ability to see the big picture while attending to detail.
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management with an Information Systems specialization.
