אודות התפקיד

אנחנו מגייסים טכנאי Help Desk להצטרף לצוות הטכנאים שלנו, המספק שירותי מחשוב באתרי פרטנר ברחבי הארץ. המשרה מלאה, ימים א׳‑ה׳, עם אפשרות לשעות נוספות.

אחריות מרכזית

התקנת ציוד מחשוב, תוכנות תשתית וחבילות תוכנה.
טיפול בתקלות חומרה ותוכנה ומתן תמיכה טכנית לעובדי החברה.
עבודה מול ספקי שירות חיצוניים.
עבודה בסביבה מרובת משימות ואתגרים.

פרופיל נדרש

ניסיון של לפחות שנתיים בתמיכה טכנית (חומרה ותוכנה).
ידע נרחב במערכות הפעלה.
רישיון נהיגה בתוקף.
סדר, ארגון, אחריות ותודעת שירות גבוהה.
יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ ועומס.

כישורים נדרשים

התקנת ציוד מחשוב.
ניהול תוכנות תשתית וחבילות תוכנה.
טיפול בתקלות חומרה ותוכנה.
כתיבת סקריפטים (יתרון).
ניסיון עם SCCM, Active Directory, ותמיכה בשרתי Windows.
