Programmatic Account Manager (AdTech)

About the role

Luna Media is seeking a Programmatic Account Manager to own and grow strategic publisher and demand‑partner relationships. The role combines commercial account management with deep technical fluency across programmatic integrations, performance optimisation and traffic‑flow monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand a portfolio of publisher and demand‑partner accounts, acting as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead endpoint integrations via OpenRTB on both supply and demand sides.
• Monitor and optimise performance across ad servers, SSPs and quality tools, identifying issues and revenue opportunities.
• Validate supply/demand compatibility, manage delivery lines and ensure funnel integrity at scale.
• Conduct quality checks including schain validation, app‑ads.txt and sellers.json verification.
• Analyse CPM performance trends focusing on viewability, transparency and quality KPIs.
• Troubleshoot delivery, latency, bid‑stream and integration issues using logs and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and represent Luna Media standards externally.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in ad‑tech or programmatic advertising (SSP, DSP, ad network, exchange or GAM).
• Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, OpenRTB, bid requests and experience with in‑app and CTV.
• Commercial mindset with a quality‑control orientation.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills for executive‑level partner interactions.
