About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can drive business growth through strategic paid media initiatives. The ideal candidate combines commercial thinking with creative problem‑solving to manage end‑to‑end campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
• Monitor performance and adjust campaigns based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
• Analyze data, generate reports, and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high‑performing ad creatives.
• Manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient media spend.
• Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in marketing or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering growth initiatives.
