Trade Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Trade Marketing Specialist to support the growth of a global consumer brand across international retail and distribution channels. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines strong brand orientation with commercial thinking and enjoys working closely with international partners, retailers, distributors, and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and retail activations.
• Lead go‑to‑market execution across retail and distributor channels.
• Support international partners in adapting global marketing campaigns to local markets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage marketing requests from retailers and distributors and coordinate joint marketing activities across online and offline channels.
• Develop marketing assets for retail and distribution partners, including digital content, social media, advertising materials, POS materials, displays, and event support.
• Work closely with Sales, Brand, and Creative teams to support commercial initiatives and product launches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international channel partners through onboarding, ongoing communication, and marketing guidance.
• Monitor marketing performance, collect market insights, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct brand reviews to ensure consistent execution across different markets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, Retail Marketing, or International Marketing.
• Experience working with retailers, distributors, or international business partners.
• Strong understanding of retail marketing and multi‑market brand management.
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, analytical, and hands‑on.
• Strong understanding of branding and consumer experience.
• Excellent English – required.
• Native Spanish – an advantage.
