Product Marketing Manager - Overlay Metrology

About the role

KLA, a global leader in electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join the Marketing group of its Overlay Metrology Division (OMD). The role defines new solutions based on market and competitive trends, manages product strategy and supports leading semiconductor accounts. It is based in Migdal Haemek.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall business opportunity and customer satisfaction for the managed product or customer.
• Conduct market validation and define market requirements for new products or features.
• Work closely with program and engineering to develop new products or features.
• Lead new product introductions and beta engagements with field teams and customers.
• Identify new business opportunities from the customer roadmap and investment plan, and drive product strategy, penetration and adoption to gain market share.
• Hold regular executive and working-level meetings with customers and deliver presentation materials.
• Interface with product lifecycle, engineering, applications engineering, the executive team, customers, solutions partners and industry consultants.

Required profile

• PhD or Master's degree, preferably in physics or engineering, with at least 15 years of related experience in semiconductor capital equipment or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Previous product management experience required.
• Previous marketing and/or business development experience strongly preferred.
• Lithography experience is an advantage.
• Full professional proficiency in English; prepared to travel about 25% of the time to international customers.
