Product Manager – Data Security

About the role

Cato Networks is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and data governance portfolio. You will shape the vision, roadmap, and execution of capabilities that help enterprises discover, classify, protect, and govern sensitive data in an AI‑driven world.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with customer needs, market opportunities and business goals.
• Lead discovery workshops with enterprise customers, security and governance teams to validate problems and shape solutions.
• Drive development of sensitive‑data discovery, classification, exposure management, access governance, risk prioritisation and remediation features.
• Translate complex technical and policy requirements into intuitive workflows, clear product requirements and actionable development priorities.
• Partner with engineering, research and design throughout the product lifecycle, balancing value, usability, accuracy, scale and performance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer success to launch capabilities, communicate value and drive adoption.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience building B2B enterprise software, with substantial experience in data security, DSPM or security‑focused data governance.
• Proven track record of delivering data‑security products, including examples of customer adoption and measurable impact.
• Strong understanding of sensitive‑data discovery, classification, data exposure, permissions, access controls and related security policies.
• Technical fluency in cloud and enterprise data environments, able to discuss architecture, integrations and trade‑offs with engineering teams.
• Excellent customer discovery skills and ability to turn complex, sometimes conflicting needs into clear product direction.
