IT Support Specialist

About the role

Cato Networks is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join its global IT support team. You will be the first point of contact for employees worldwide, handling hardware, software and access issues while supporting onboarding and off‑boarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for macOS and Windows devices across all global offices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and cloud‑SaaS tools such as Microsoft 365, Slack and Zoom.
• Administer cloud infrastructure components including Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, Kandji and AWS services.
• Lead employee onboarding and off‑boarding, ensuring device provisioning, access governance and security compliance.
• Collaborate with Systems and Security teams to resolve complex issues and improve IT workflows and automation.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role, preferably in a high‑tech or startup environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking and a service‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to support employees at all levels.

Required skills

• macOS and Windows troubleshooting.
• Azure AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Endpoint management with Intune or Kandji.
• Basic networking knowledge (firewalls, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Experience with AWS services.
• Scripting/automation using PowerShell or Python.
• AV support for Zoom Rooms, Polycom and other video‑conferencing systems.
